Complaints procedure.

If you feel that we have let you down in any way please contact the "Customer relations manager" at Got u covered ltd, unit 2 Allen's yard, Nyton road, Aldingbourne, West Sussex, PO203UA. All calls are recorded for your protection as well as ours, we are able to play back calls for you to listen to or offer transcripts of the calls.

Below are some useful tips for you as well as a down loadable version of our terms and conditions, please also read the FAQ's page before you lodge a complaint as this may be able to help you.

• This is not "insurance" and we are not regulated by the FSA.
• The "term" of the membership is what you agreed during the telephone call, this could be 1, 2, or 3 years.
• You have seven working days cooling off period, after that the minimum term of 12 months will apply.
• All documentation is recorded when sent and received.
• Call recordings are available upon request.
• Your membership will renew automatically unless you give us written notice that you do not want to renew at least 10 days prior to the expiry date.
• This plan is governed by "the distance selling regulations 2000" and "the consumer protection from unfair trading regulations 2007"
• Abusive language and threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
