FAQ's

  • Why do I need a service plan? - You don't need one, this is your choice completely however call out charges alone can cost in excess of £65 for one visit and equipment costs can mount up to hundreds of pounds.
  • What is the difference between you and insurance? - Our memberships are nothing like an insurance or warranty, we don't have premiums that increase, you don't have to make a claim, as a member you are protected from things like "acts of god" which insurances don't cover and most importantly you are not speaking to an insurance company when your Satellite system breaks down, you are speaking to a company that only fix Satellite equipment, we are the experts.
  • How long does it last? -  The minimum term is 12 months, this applies to all yearly plans either quarterly, half yearly or yearly, if you opt for a 2 year or 3 year term then that is your minimum term.
  • How can I cancel? -  You may cancel your agreement at any time by giving us written notice at least 10 days prior to the renewal date as our plans are renewed automatically, but this way you have nearly a whole year in which you can cancel.
  • Are there any other charges? - Not at all unless you wish to upgrade or require an additional service like having multi room installed, other than that you can use your service as frequently as you'd like at no extra charge, if your system breaks down 10 times in a year we'll be there.
  • Cant I get another free system from Sky? - Unfortunately not, unless you are still inside your initial manufacturers warranty Sky will not replace faulty equipment for free, you are limited to 1 set of subsidized equipment per household.
  • How can I pay? - We offer a choice of payments to suit you, quarterly, half yearly, or 1,2 or 3 years, we accept all major debit and credit cards or you can pay by direct debit, cheque or postal order.

  • Some competitors will say they ARE actually Got u covered - Ask for your Full plan number, every single letter and number, if they cant provide you with this for whatever reason they are not us!
  • Some might say we have gone out of business or they are taking over our customers - Obviously this is not the case as we are the largest independent service company in the UK, ask for the agents name and telephone number and tell them you'll call them back, then report them to Trading Standards www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.
  • Check their company details on companies house and you will no doubt find that they are less than 2 years old.
