Returns Policy.

Got u covered Limited hopes that all of its customers are happy with their purchases. If the product(s) Got u covered Limited delivers are not what you ordered or are defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know as soon as possible and Got u covered Limited will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with its Returns Policy.

We will not refund any equipment that has been installed by an engineer, unless of course the equipment is faulty then we will replace it.

We will expect you to return faulty goods before we refund or replace them.

Postage Policy.

Although most of our products are fitted by an engineer the occasional item may be posted to you, we reserve the right to use our choice of postal service / courier but all prices include the cost of postage to you. If you purchase an item that requires posting we will post it to you within 5 working days, please allow another 5 working days for delivery.

Installation Policy.

We reserve the right to use a number of different installers in order to maximise response times, New installations, Upgrades to Sky+ and HD can take up to a maximum of 28 days however, we will attempt in all cases to complete the installation within 10 working days.
